New Orleans Event and Film Studios was built on the site of the original Blaine Kern’s Mardi Gras World, located just across the Mississippi River from downtown New Orleans, an area known locally as the Westbank.

After a dramatic renovation by Blaine Kern Jr., it has been transformed into the premiere venue and event facility in New Orleans, capable of hosting events ranging from intimate wedding receptions for a select few to lavish corporate extravaganzas for thousands. We boast the most extensive and comprehensive place for film studio, special effect facility, post-production, green-screen, and venue rental in the Gulf South.
